About us
DIVE unites 15 civil society organizations across the European Union, working together to reinforce citizen election observation, advance electoral reforms, promote civic education, and counter disinformation and Foreign Information Manipulation and Interference (FIMI).
The project is built on a clear principle: research must translate into impact. Findings will inform concrete advocacy strategies and training tools, grounded in evidence and tested in real-life contexts. By linking analysis with implementation, DIVE aims to contribute directly to measurable and sustainable democratic resilience across Europe.
